September has arrived at last and the promised drop in temperatures is creeping ever closer, though not as dramatically as some of us may wish. This week’s temperatures are still in the 30s, with Real Feels around 34 degrees and it may feel pretty muggy as there is quite a bit of cloud around from Monday. As is often the pattern at this time of year when there is a lot of moisture in the air, clouds may gather over the mountains with some afternoon thunderstorms, particularly on Tuesday. These are rarely anything to worry about at beach and boat level (except perhaps around Risan/Ljuta ends of Kotor bay). Towards next weekend, it does look like there will be a change in the weather – but who knows at this point! So I won’t even try predicting that far ahead. I’m looking forward to a few cooling rain showers though!
