Most days we see speedboats blasting past us, noisily crashing up and down, driven by disinterested young men staring at their mobiles and packed full of tourists who have been wooed by the glamorous idea of a speedboat tour in Kotor Bay. The guests look, at best, windswept – and at worst, uncomfortable and grim-faced.
If you are looking for the quickest way of getting from Kotor to Perast or around Kotor bay, then choose a speedboat. If you are looking for the best way of enjoying the scenery, swimming from a boat and having a relaxing day out on the water – do not choose a speedboat!
